SummaryResponsible for designing and developing the Organization Succession Planning Program and update its system, policies, procedures and processes.Essential Responsibilities and Duties1. Provides professional support, facilitation, & coordination related to the Career Development & Succession Planning Department's Strategic Initiatives in managing & developing Talent within the Organization.2. Provides technical support and input in the design and implementation of a comprehensive Talent System to track and monitor progress of all the Career Development & Succession Planning business initiatives based on the performance framework of the General Organization and the overall Corporate strategy.3. Works closely with line managers for identifying potential key roles / jobs to determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key positions, participates in nominating potential candidates who will go through the succession planning program, based on experience and competencies.4. Assists in generating Confidential Talent Profiles for the Organization's Talent Pool using the most appropriate and effective tools for Talent Assessment.5. Assess skills and experiences required for unmatched critical positions, look for alternatives within other divisions/departments, and report output to line managers.6. Streamlines plans for potential vacancies in key leadership positionsEducationMaster's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or other related discipline is requiredExperience RequiredFive (5) years of related experience with Master's or seven (7) years with Bachelor's Degree is requiredOther Requirements(Certificates)Saudi National Only
