The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a book of business forexisting accounts.Resolves complex customer issues.Identifies improvements to prevent issues from re-occurring. Educates clients on plan design and renewal options.Completes day-to-day Account Management tasks without immediate supervision.Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.Resolves non-routine issues escalated from our partners and client.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of clients in the GCC.Engaging with our brokers/clients regularly.Service and support our brokers/clients as required with focus on business excellence for the organization.Conduct strategic meeting on following topics but not limited to retention rate, success, challenges.Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and internal customers. Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy and optimizing rate action & profitability.Understand Compliance requirements in the GCC and pro-actively identify any Compliance risk for your brokers/clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email, field-based meetings, or telephone with our partners and direct clients.Conduct strategic meetings on quarterly basis with your brokers face to face - including their management - to review the retention rate, the successes, and challenges.Take the lead in day-to-day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines.Look for growth opportunities throughout the year with existing groups.Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately including Salesforce which should be a minimum of 98% accuracy.Responsible of entire renewal process for the assigned portfolio and achieve financial targets set every year.Candidate RequirementExcellent communication in English and ArabicInfluencing and negotiatingWorks well under pressureExperience of collation of data and statistical analysisStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to take ownership and demonstrate initiativeCapable of prioritizing workloads in order to meet tight deadlinesSound knowledge of excel and wordFlexible & strategicBasic Microsoft applications - outlook, word, excelInterpersonal skillsTeam workingCustomer Focus -Regulatory expertKnowledge of processes, procedures and systemsGood business/product knowledgeCoaching, organization, influencing and supervisory skillsBasic leadership and management skillsTime managementThis role is open for Saudi Candidates Only About The Cigna GroupDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
