Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.Develop business/relationships with various clients'/end users (private and governmental)Develop business/relationships with consultants (projects as well as products approval within their respective vendor's list)Develop products portfolio in relation with market needs and trends.Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.Discovers and explores business opportunities.Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.Estimates E&IM needs and goals (in conjunction with our principal's requirements) Closes new business deals (assisting business segments heads and sales teams) by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts along with E&IM Management; and integrating contract requirements with various business operations.Protects organization's value & reputation by keeping information confidential.Enhances organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests/tasks.Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.Deploy successful marketing campaigns (digital, seminars, events…etc.) and own their implementation from ideation to execution.Experiment with a variety of channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media (creation, execution and monitoring), lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and develop a blog that attracts and converts our target groups.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players (private and governmental authorities and institutions), agencies and vendors.Prepare and monitor the marketing plan on a quarterly and annual basis.Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.Management may assign additional tasks, as it may be required.SkillsBachelor's Degree EngineeringAt least 6 years' experience in construction market industry, business, marketing or related field.Strong communication skillsAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent presentation skills.Know-how of the GCC and
