Accountant (Malayalee)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is open specifically for Malayalees who are fluent in English and looking for a part-time role. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous accounting experience who is looking for flexible working hours.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements- Monitor daily transactions and ensure they are recorded accurately in the accounting system- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies- Process invoices, payments, and expenses- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Prepare tax returns and liaise with external auditors as needed- Analyze financial data to identify trends or potential issues- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulationsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a teamPreferred Qualifications:- Previous experience working as an Accountant in Qatar or the Middle East region- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plusWorking Conditions:This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
