Here are the key responsibilities of an HR Generalist: Assisting in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: They participate in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. Employee Onboarding and Training: HR Generalists help onboard new employees and organize training and development initiatives. Handling HR-Related Queries: They serve as the main point of contact for employees' HR-related questions. Policy Development and Implementation: HR Generalists contribute to creating and implementing HR policies. Performance Management: They assist with performance reviews and analyze HR metrics. Maintaining Employee Records: HR Generalists maintain employee files and records. About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is essential Experience: Around 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator is often required HR Administration Skills: Efficient HR administration and people management skills. Record-Keeping: Excellent record-keeping skills. HR Expertise: A solid knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
