Job details
• Review designs submitted byFramework Contractors for emergency and also permanent solutions toissues pertaining roads and its assets, assuring they will meet theneed for current and future operational and customer requirements.• Review complex and critical network asset drawings,plans and reports provided by Developers of Client'sAssets, Projects Affairs and Roads and Operation ManagementDepartment Sections for future/current Department projects toensure that Department's requirements are met. •Review complex technical specifications in procurementdocumentation submitted by framework Contractors. •Provide expert advice and guidance to complex and critical designsolutions and/or enquires to mitigate various prevailing andimpending problems. • Carry out site visits to observe andanalyze operational parameters and feasibility of designedsolutions. • Coordinate with different stakeholders (AssetManagement, Sections, Design Department, etc.) to reach apartnership approach and an agreed solution. • Provide allrequired design calculations, drawings, project specifications,bill of quantities (prepare and provide input for tender and workorder specifications, work scope for asset design projects).• Manage and coordinate works of the team as instructed bythe Head of Section. • Attend the consultation meetingsand clarify all contractor's queries. • Followup the project implementation
