Job Summary Coordinatethe master planning and urban design frameworks of variousdistricts in the project, including Coordination with the buildingpermit team to ensure that all the guidelines and design policiesare implemented consistently, and provide support to the managementon all urban and master planning assignments, includingcoordination with local authorities, land planning, developmentspecialists, architects, and infrastructural teams in process ofapproval, updates or improvement of the project. • Liaisewith Architects and Master Planners to update and improve thedesign regulations and design code on urban design aspects.• Lead and/or co-collaborate in building permits processesupdate and improvement on urban design related parts. •Conduct necessary assessment and provide recommendations ofbuilding applications for mega development. • Liaise withother necessary authorities to facilitate the approval process.• Lead and coordinate with the team in technical reportspreparation & implement best practices of architecture.• Engage in concept designs assessment team of the project• Handling the mega development processes management andcoordination with internal and external relevant authorities tofacilitate permitting and various relatedapplications.
