The OfferWork within a company with a solid track record of successThe JobYour responsibilities will include:Work with the CRM team to build and maintain the technical aspects of MS Dynamics CRM (software and hardware) including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, development of business requirements.Support the design of service desk, sales, marketing and business processes for improved data analytics and automation.Support data migration from and integration with source applicationsAssist in L2/L3 troubleshooting of Dynamics CRMExperience working in a structured waterfall development processParticipate in the set-up and deployments in all environments including production.Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UATContribute to the overall enterprise architectureSupport the training of new team members on existing business processes and required toolsDocument all requirements functionally and technicallyThe ProfileYou possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardDegree in Information Technology domainProfessional Certification.Net/Dynamics CRMMS SQLJava/JS/HTML5/CSSThe EmployerOur client is a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency and Robotic Process Automation.
