Coordinate and execute multimediainitiatives, including photography, videography, and graphicdesign, to capture and promote school events, achievements, andactivities.Manage the school's socialmedia platforms, creating and curating engaging content to enhanceour online presence and promote our school'sbrand.Assist in developing and implementingmarketing and communication strategies to effectively reach ourtarget audience, including parents, students, and thecommunity.Plan and organise school events,such as parent-teacher meetings, exhibitions, and open houses,ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience forattendees.Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders, including staff, parents, Qatar Airways, andcommunity partners, to ensure successful eventcoordination.Maintain event calendars, invitesand timelines, ensuring deadlines and objectives aremet.Monitor and analyse the effectiveness ofmedia and event initiatives, providing reports and recommendationsfor improvement.
