Actively participate in thedevelopment, implementation and review of the Safety Man******mentSystem (SMS), goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), standards,policies, procedure, programs andtraining.Develop and maintain an effectiveContractor Safety Man******ment as per SMS requirements (example;Safety Plans, Training programs, Qualification, HazardIdentification Plans (HIPs), etc...).Developannual safety schedules (Emergency drills, Man******ment safetywalkthroughs, and quarterly safety inspections).Coordinate andimplement annual HSE planning and performance measurement andreportingDevelop and maintain contemporary andcompliant HSE policies, procedures, and otherresources
