Responsiblity:Developing newcurricula with the help of teachers, students, and otherstaff.Networking and building professionalrelationships with members of the institution and thecommunity.Monitoring the progress of new andexisting teaching methods.Closely evaluatingresults at the end of each quarter and writing up progressreports.Supervising all faculty recruitmentand vetting prospective teachers.Identifyingareas for improvement and scheduling workshops for new and existingstaff.
