Role Summary:The Presales Engineer will ensure the smooth execution of presales activities, including related administrative tasks providing Technical Support, creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ), submitting technical sheets, ensuring costing compliance and accurate pricing.Position Location: Riyadh , Saudi ArabiaBusiness Industry: LightingMain Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare complete material submittal including comparison sheets.Prepare Compliance with project specifications.Manage and organize documentation related to presales activities (Drawing, specification, scope, supplier quotation.)Create comprehensive BOQs based on project requirements and specifications.Verify BOQs against project plans to ensure alignment with client expectations.Collaborate with consultants to understand their needs and preferences, translating them into actionable requirements for the design team.Manage documentation, including project proposals, contracts, and technical specifications.Collect tenders and project documents while studying the scope, design, drawing, specifications and schedule.Place order to suppliers, prepare the order confirmation and negotiate with suppliers.Collect the quotation from the supplier and preparing the comparison sheet.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status, and other relevant information.Education and Experience:Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.Proven experience in presales and sales roles within the lighting design industry.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:Strong knowledge of lighting products, systems, and industry standards.Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using relevant software for BOQ creation, administrative tasks, and technical documentation.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Technology/EngineeringGender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
