Arabic Computer Systems, one of the largest ICT Companies in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking ULV Systems Operation & Field Engineers to join their team. With a team of more than 3,000 IT professionals covering over 23 Saudi cities, ACS serves government entities and some of the Middle East's leading companies. The company is expanding through its strong business development to acquire cutting-edge technology for enterprise customers.As a ULV Systems Operation & Field Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of ULV systems and related technologies, both in-house and on-field. You will be expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.Responsibilities Install and configure new ULV systems, ensuring compatibility and connectivity with existing technology. Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct regular maintenance on systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Repair or replace defective equipment as needed, working with suppliers to procure necessary parts in a timely manner. Keep up-to-date with new technology developments, making recommendations for upgrades or improvements as necessary. Develop and document technical procedures, guidelines and support documentation for various IT operations. Collaborate with other IT professionals to review and evaluate new and existing technologies, communicating recommendations and options to management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS, servers, and networking technologies. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for on-site support.
