Job DescriptionWe support the Kingdom's largest and most complex organizations across all industries in delivering Enterprise Transformation with clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness. We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious and self-driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.The candidate preferred to have an experience in selling and presenting Business Applications (CRM, ERP, HelpDesk, etc..)  Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships.        Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.      Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.Requirements Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.ITIL Foundation (preferred)Inbound Sales (preferred)Sales Enablement (preferred)  Skills:  Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in - business applications or related position.Sales experience at Zoho business application or similar technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuit, etc...)Ability to articulate the value of business software to prospective customers over the phone and through demonstrations.  Understanding of sales performance metrics.Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.Customer-centric and good listener.Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.Personal Skills (MUST):High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do.  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Being able to work on your own or in a team.Being able to work to tight deadlines.Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation.Handling many tasks & responsibilities.Fluent in Arabic and English.  RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent. 2 - 4 years of work experience in similar roles. Experience in RFP, RFI pricing, internal approvals, CRM, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Government Procurement , (Etimad platform), and Bid Management. Experience in preparing customer-centric proposals with attention to detail and information accuracy. Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of bids and RFPs/tenders. Executing and managing the process operations required at each stage of the tender/bidding process, meeting both in and out requirements. Experience in designing optimized solutions to increase productivity and meet SLAs. Strategic planning and implementations to optimize the team's efficiency. Expertise in making fund flow models for the project during the pre-sales stage. Maintaining streamlined coordination between the project team and clients for smooth execution of projects. Experience in maintaining business relations with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills Strong research skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word Strong project management skills. Personal Skills: Must have excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, judgment, analytical, customer service, interpersonal, group, and project/task management skills. Excellent problem solving, planning skills pay attention to detail. High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like an owner in what you do. Being able to work on their own or in a team. Being able to work to tight deadlines. Ability to maintain composure during a stressful situation. Fluent in Arabic and English.
