About Our ClientThis is an exciting opportunity for a senior executive with compelling experience of delivering transformations to join an impressive team of operating partners at an established sovereign wealth fund. The fund has deployed significant capital into the local region, paving the way for significant growth and value creation opportunities. The individual should have the ability to drive change and unlock value across complex organisations, by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team. What the job involvesProvide impactful advice to help the transformation process across complex organisations, across all sectors in the portfolioProvide credible transformational insights to the senior management team and ensure their successful implementationYou will be working with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to both identify and then implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolioThis firm has a broad investment remit and you will get the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile organizations. It deploys significant capital and has a vigorous throughput of deals which translates into the opportunity to drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businessesWho we are looking forCandidates should have experience of delivering transformation in international corporates. This could be either a top-tier consultancy firm, advising such corporates and/or from the corporate themselves, as a senior operational / transformational executive Significant operational experience of delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence a CEOCredible with portfolio companies' C-suite, takes accountability for results and influence with sound judgement, credibility and high humilityAbility and willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time
