JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is driving positive change in the construction industry.Responsibilities Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects. Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and subcontractors. Manage project budgets and track expenses. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues. Prepare and analyze project reports, including cash flow forecasts. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, and safety standards.
