Responsible for the daily sales of incoming leads for specific products of the company Managing incoming calls, answering calls professionally, providinginformation about service offerings and handling inquiries from existingclients. Keeping a record with details of inquiries, requests, complaints, commentsand following up with the people concerned to ensure that necessary actionis taken. Referring requests to the concerned people/teams. Building professional relationships with existing customers. Providing accurate and complete information as and when required. Supporting with maintaining and updating the database. Helping with research and generating sales leads. Proven Sales Track Record Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team. Proven customer support experience. Customer orientation and active listening skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Ability to work under pressure
