Position: Business Senior Manager of Advanced Air MobilityReports to: Head of Advanced Air MobilitySector: Land Mobility Job Location: NEOMRole Purpose: NEOM is pioneering Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) in KSA and globally. The objective is to accelerate and integrate the operation of VTOL aircraft into an overall multi-modal public transport system to offer innovative zero emission connectivity while respecting landscape and environment. The purpose of this senior role is to drive the successful development and implementation of NEOM's AAM systems and infrastructure, a cornerstone of NEOM's next generation public transportation system.The Senior Manager AAM is responsible for leading strategic partnerships, business development, business plan, and government affairs. This role is also integral in the development of the AAM network buildout and operation for NEOM.Key Accountabilities:Work directly with the Advanced Air Mobility Team (AAM) to execute the strategic roadmap for the NEOM AAM air route network and infrastructure requirements.Develop and execute business development-contracts and planning strategies that expand NEOMs market presence.Establish and nurture key relationships with government agencies, industry associations and OEMs.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project development, regulation, and implementation.Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team in infrastructure development and operation, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.Represent NEOM in international forums regarding eVTOL and vertiport operations.Draft presentations and implement key organizational databases and performance trackersKnowledge, Skills and Experience8 years plus of work experience in a relevant fieldMinimum of 18 months experience in the Advance Air Mobility sectorExperience in managing projects/teams in the public or private sector.Evidence of working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders on all levelsDemonstrated people management skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh-level communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with a diverse set of professional disciplines, partners, and stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlinesWe are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambitious, international, and fast changing environments with a keen interest to work on the forefront of urban mobility and the future of citiesQualifications:Bachelor degree in Law, Business, Aeronautical Science, Management (or any related field)Masters or MBA a plusProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), with knowledge in other presentational and organizational products or multi-media tools being an advantageFluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage
