As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new opportunities for our company. Your role will involve conducting market analysis, competitor research, and customer surveys to identify potential areas of growth. You will play a critical part in analyzing opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and coordinating the application process. Your expertise in opportunity analysis and strategic planning will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving business objectives.Responsibilities:Research and Opportunity Exploration:Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth sectors and trends.Analyze competitors to assess their strengths and weaknesses.Identify and study potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements.Conduct customer surveys to gain insights into preferences and expectations.Analyze customer data to identify key trends and opportunities.Propose strategies to address market gaps and challenges. Opportunity Analysis and Formation:Evaluate potential opportunities for viability and alignment with company strategy.Identify strategic opportunities to enhance our market position.Conduct detailed studies to understand opportunity needs and challenges.Define objectives and desired outcomes for opportunity development.Analyze opportunities to determine scope, risks, and potential returns.Estimate budgets for opportunities based on defined activities. Building Technical and Financial Proposal:Analyze opportunity scopes and present findings to decision-makers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the application process.Decide on the continuation or discontinuation of pursuing opportunities.Analyze financial and technical requirements to build compelling proposals.Develop the execution methodology and objectives for key stages.Create and incorporate financial proposals into the application process.Ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance with requirements.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in business development, market analysis, and opportunity identification.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to analyze opportunities and provide strategic insights.Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or related roles.
