Charterhouse is working with an international $XXbn turnover EPC company that works in the Oil & Gas sector. Our client is looking to hire a Director of HSE to come in and head up the Project Team on a permanent basis from their Al Khobar office.The Director of HSE will be responsible for all HSE for ongoing and new projects within the region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain). You will implement safety policies and practices within all of the Oil & Gas projects. You will be able to indentify gaps, develop strategy and create action plans for continual improvements to HSE performance. The successful candidate should have at least 20 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position. You should have recent experience working for an EPC company within the Oil & Gas sector. It is essential you have a Degree in engineering and some form of additional qualification in a HSE or QA / QC subject.If you have worked for or are currently working with a highly reputed international EPCM company then you will be of particular interest.
