ADMINISTRATIVERESPONSIBILITIES1- Implementing thesetting goals, initiatives and plans for the department and develop theirexecution at the department level.2- Engaging withday-to-day activities and operations, including implementation of all policiesand procedures, and recommend potential improvements where appropriate.FUNCTIONALRESPONSIBILITIES1- Establish, maintain andoperate a well-defined data collection framework for SCA, engaging with localgovernmental, international and other organizations to get latest statisticsand reports related to the contracting industry.2- Engage with Collectingkey information about contractors, and contracting industry, including but notlimited to contractor's size, current projects (size, type…), pipeline of theindustry as well as other information as needed to develop list of publicationsand statistics.3- Assess contractingindustry's history, trends, competitors, products, and customer bases todevelop an understanding of the contracting landscape.4- Maintain a list of keypublications and statistics to be published by SCA that matter to keystakeholders based on periodic consultations, feedback and analysis of themarket (e.g. market size of contracting industry, performance of all industryand contractors operating in KSA, etc…).5- Ensure availability ofStatistics and Publications as part of SCA's online presence, eventuallytransition service as part of SCA's e-contracting platform.Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration or equivalentwith a minimum of 6 years of related experience.2. Master's degree in or equivalent is preferred.
