• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. • Oversee and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and allocating resources appropriately to achieve business objectives. • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization. • Monitor and analyse key operational metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. • Coordinate and collaborate with different departments, including animal production, agricultural management, and industrial operations, to ensure seamless integration and effective cross-functional communication. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies. • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification within the animal, agricultural, and industrial sectors. • Assess and mitigate risks within the operational framework, implementing strategies to minimize potential disruptions and challenges. • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships. • Developing and implementing new products and services, thinking strategically, and making sound decisions. • Ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, Industrial Management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 10 years in a senior management position within the animal, agricultural, or industrial sectors. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. • Excellent business acumen and strategic planning abilities. • Comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, clients, and team members. • Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, marketing, and sales.
