OVERVIEWPositionEnterprise ArchitectJob CodeReports toEnterprise Architecture LeadDirect ReportsN/ADivision/SectionThe LINE ProponentDepartmentOperational PlatformsRole Purpose• Translate THE LINE s business goals into enterprise technology and architecture visions and priorities.• Define THE LINE Enterprise Architecture, principles, and standards.• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps that outline the evolution of THE LINE s technology landscape.• Lead the design of Reference Architectures that should be followed for the design of new cognitive solutions.• Create and enforce the required governance processes to ensure that the architectures of cognitive solutions are aligned with the defined architecture standards and principles.• Drive the successful delivery of delivery by participating in the relevant governance forums.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESArchitecture Design & Modelling• Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with THE LINE s and Digital & Cognitive Solutions Team business goals.• Develop the Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.• Create and maintain Reference Architectures that provide standardized templates and best practices that can be leveraged for the design of cognitive solution architectures.• Regularly review and update Reference Architectures to incorporate industry best practices, emerging technologies, and lessons learned from the implementation of cognitive solutions.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Enterprise Architecture, including architectural diagrams, guidelines, and standards.Architecture Governance• Support the Digital & Cognitive Solutions team to ensure the appropriate adoption of the defined architectural guidelines and principles.• Collaborate with internal areas to design and validate that cognitive solutions align with Enterprise Architecture.• Implement governance processes to ensure that the design and implementation of cognitive solutions adhere to the defined architectural guidelines and principles.• Be aware of industry standards, regulations, and security policies.BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, Skills, Mindset and Leadership QualitiesEssential knowledge and skills:• TBDEssential aspects of desired mindset:• Purpose-driven and pioneering mindset drives change and introduces innovative solutions• Fully understands NEOM s vision as an Accelerator of Human Progress and is excited and motivated to help deliver this vision• Aligned to NEOM values• A Dreamer AND a Doer capable of implementing plans to make dreams a reality• Has a creative and agile approach to workplace challenges.Essential leadership qualities:• Resilient, decisive, pragmatic• Self-starter, proactive, able to deal with ambiguity and capable of creating structure out of chaos and adapting rapidly to changes• Values diversity and is an inclusive leader• Highly collaborative• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written form• Empowers team members and does not micro-manage.• Strong public speaking skills, presentation preparation and delivery• Adept at leading, guiding and motivating teams of all sizes through rapid change and transformationQualifications and experience• TBDCOMMUNICATION - MAIN STAKEHOLDERSInternalExternal• CDO• COO• Head of Marketing and Sales• Head of Infrastructure• Head of Real Estate• Tonomus / Head of Infrastructure• Authority / Dept of Comms & Connectivity, DPA, Cyber• ERI• External partners, potential investors, and affiliates• Regulatory authorities• Ministries of Digital Tech.
