! Are you a Partner or CEO for a large, world-class, internationally renowned firm specialising in complex project?! Have you worked on incredibly complex, large-scale projects in UAE or Saudi?! Would you like to work on the client side in the Middle East?If you answered "yes", we want to hear from you!We're looking for Executive Directors who are currently at CEO/Partner level of one of the big names in complex architecture. The position is to work on the client side on one of Saudis most innovative, forward-thinking and exciting projects.Our client is working on one of the largest and most complex projects, high profile projects in the Middle East so we're looking for individuals who know how to plan design strategically, guide the process and develop the project further.You should have experience in:- Directing at an executive level.- Project managing incredibly large-scale projects, coupled with an understanding of sensitive design and the seriousness of how to direct, manage consultants, sub-consultants, on a global scale to facilitate, manage and deliver projects through to handover within time and budget-Have a background working on innovative designs for the well-know, international architectural design firms.- You must be able to manage multiple projects, report at board level, report to stakeholders, present to executives and fundamentally deliver!-You'll be responsible a part of the senior management team for delivering the architectural projects, managing the entire process as well as stakeholder engagement. -You'll be required to manage large-scale teams from an executive level and stand accountable.-Products, materials, zoning/building codes and construction methods. -Sustainable design principles. - High-pressured environments, being able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines on budget and on time. -Understanding of financial and commercial management of large-scale and complex projects.RequirementsBachelors/Masters in Project ManagementMinimum 20 years experience in architecture/construction/project managementMUST have worked on world class projects from the outset through to handover!Middle East experience would be a great advantage and if not, your projects should be making headline news!Financial and commercial management of large-scale projects.Risk management experienceDemonstrate management of international design consultantsacross multiple sectors and typologiesHave a calm, methodical manner who's comfortable working onmega/giga projects.Demonstrate conceptual design skills, with an emphasis on aesthetics.Strong leadership skillsBenefitsVery competitive salaryAnnual bonusAccommodationFlightsPension.Mobile.
