Job DescriptionReporting to the Production Manager, responsible for various  production activities which include production planning, issuing, and posting of production process orders in SAP system, operating the plant, supervision of the whole production process.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead a team of production workers and supervise the whole production process from receipt of raw materials till delivery of Finished Goods to warehouse.Plan and prioritize production to ensure efficient performance with maximum output.Prepare weekly requirement of all raw materials as per production planning and liaise with warehouse team for on time supply and ensure non-interruption of production.Perform Scheduling, work order release and closure with accurate yield in ERP system.Coordinate with inter departments like Q.C, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Safety for smooth functioning of daily production.Ensure effective utilization of available resources for full optimization.Ensure that materials are produced as per daily production plan.Ensure that mixers are clean before starting the production run.Ensure that received raw materials from warehouse are matching to the work order and are accurately weighed as per Work Order prior to charging to the mixers.Ensure that finished goods are filled with the required weight as per Work Order.Ensure that packed materials are appropriately labelled with correct details as per work order and neatly stacked in pallets.Monitor samples submission and follow-up sample status with QC.Coordinate with Q.C and warehouse for rework of materials as and when recommended by technical team.Responsible and accountable for inventory under production custody.Always maintain good housekeeping and orderliness at Plant.Ensure that operators are wearing proper PPEs and operations are carried out in safe manner.Ensure that ESHQ guidelines are strictly followed at workplace and achieve zero LTI.Report any incidents or accidents or any abnormalities to line manager immediately.Maintain daily time sheet including OT for all workers at plant.Maintain all records relevant to daily Production activities.Relating to QMS (Quality Management System) ensure compliance to ISO 9001 standard.Perform other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.QualificationsEducation Background:           Preferably bachelor's degree / or diploma in manufacturingWork Experience:                     3 - 5 years in similar field.Additional InformationLanguage:                 Fluent in English (Read, write, speak) and ArabicComputer Knowledge:Basic MS Office system.Hands on Experience on SAP system.Competency:             Ability to face challenges at work
