Job Description Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records using HR information systems to manage employee data. Maintaining physical employee records Manage and prepare different human resources documents like Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate etc. Coordinate with payroll department by providing employee information on leaves, employee benefits and payroll related documents. Assist in communication of key messages to all staff.  Qualifications Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management At least 3 years experiences in human resources work Proven work experience as a Human Resources Administrator  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good time management and organizational skills
