Job SummaryAbility to effectively teach KG or Primary grades. Develop lesson plans and themes in line with British curriculum objectives. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problem. Must also establish clear objectives for all lessons, and projects, distribute, collect and grade homework assignments, tests and projects and attend staff meetings.Required Qualifications• Bachelor Degree in Education from a recognized University• Teaching License From One Of The Following Countries: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countriesRequired Experience• Must be Native English speaker or near• Minimum 2 years KG or Primary teaching experience• Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environmentMonthly Salary RangeNet Tax free salary in accordance with years of relevant experience and qualificationsHousing• FREE Furnished accommodation according to marital status & number of dependents relocating• OR a Cash Allowance determined by family sizeHealth Insurance CoverageProvided for Employee and one dependent (can be spouse or child)Annual Air TicketsAnnual economy return air fare for Employee and one dependentLeaveIn addition to National official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per school calendar/breaks.Dependant School FeesTuition provided for one accompanying dependent until end of secondary school as per school policy and procedures.
