Position: Workshop Helpers / Trainees / Cleaning StaffJob Overview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Workshop Helpers / Trainees / Cleaning Staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the workshop, supporting various operations, and providing an opportunity for learning and growth within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Workshop Assistance: Assist skilled workers with various tasks in the workshop. Help in organizing tools and materials, and preparing the work area for operations. Learning and Development: Observe and learn from experienced staff. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the workshop area clean and organized. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Dispose of waste materials in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory by organizing tools and materials. Report any shortages or discrepancies in the inventory to the supervisor. Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety guidelines and operations procedures. Wear protective gear and ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to. RequirementsEssential Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.BenefitsSkills Required:Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a team.
