Joinour Smart Infrastructure division as the Energy Engineer and help us re-imaginethe world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive placefor tomorrow. As experienced Energy Engineer with knowledge in the EnergyEngineering process (Chillers, Colling Towers, HVAC, Controls, Lightings, Water& Renewable Energy) responsible to develop ECMs / FIMs, energy calculationfor ROI, create energy solutions proposals which includes financial taskinvolved during detailed solution development of Energy offerings., Other responsibilities include: •Strongunderstanding and experience in energy performance contract for districtcooling plants and the methodologies of chiller optimization for achievingimprovement in the co-efficient of performance •Understandingof the operation for different types of chillers (air-cooled/water cooled,centrifugal/screw type etc.) •Conductingsite walk-through audits and field observations, collecting energy efficiencydata, and analyzing the process of energy efficiency, calculating Energy UseIntensity (EUI) - (ASHRAE Level - 1 Audit). •Inspectenergy System for consisting of District cooling Plants, Pumps, HVAC,Instrumentations & Controls, Lighting systems to determine energy use orpotential energy savings, also identify high energy consumption sources anddesign, develop, and recommend various ECMs / FIMs. •Gather andunderstand key project parameters such as operating hours / pattern, energyconsumption, temperature, system operating characteristics etc. through sitemeasurements. Investigate, Analyze and document probable ECMs / FIMs(Conduction detailed Audits (ASHRAE Level 2). •Conductdetailed engineering analysis including baseline profiles and energy upgradesanalysis. Development of ECMs, specifications, Bill of quantities and Sequenceof operation, and prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis,and Energy calculations (ASHRAE Level 3 Audits). •Preparetechno-commercial offers, provide sales team technical assistance and guidance. •Identifyshortfalls in the current ongoing & existing projects and mitigate theassociated risks. Participate in review for Engineering analysis and projectcosting, and various facets of energy auditing, energy calculations andgenerating detailed energy reports regarding savings opportunities. •Create anddevelop M&V plan and project reports for existing project compliant tolocal and international standards. Draft client proposal as a byproduct ofcost/benefits analysis, and technical review and analysis as it relates tobenefit and cost analysis. •Coordinatesfacility site visits and communicates requirements with customer, internalresources and arrange quotations from Vendors / sub-contractors, estimatingin-house product costs and estimating cost for engineering, labor, and projectmanagement cost. •Takeinitiative to understand and, learn about and test existing and new energysavings technologies and calculate and analyze the energy savings they create. •Follow allinternal, external processes and coordination with stake holder foruninterrupted and flawless project development process. Required Qualification: - •Bachelor'sdegree in mechanical / electrical / Energy Engineering. •Minimum7-10 years of experience in Energy Performance contracts / Energy Solutionsprojects •EnergyAuditing experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously andmeet project deadlines. •Excellentverbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills arerequired. •Strongcommunication, organizational, and planning skills. •Ability toprioritize work assignments and attention to details. •KnowledgeFacility Management processes followed in the building industry. •Proficientin Microsoft Office suite programs, high level of proficiency in MicrosoftExcel Preferred: - •Certificationin CEM/CEA/CMVP.
