Overview: As an Organizational Excellence Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, streamline processes, and implement best practices to achieve organizational goals. A. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze existing workflows, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement strategies to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams.
  • Performance Management:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure organizational performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set performance targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and Kaizen events to generate innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, providing training, and recognizing achievements.
  • National/international standards Management:
  • Support related departments to deploy the related standards within. And to ensure the requirements are met internally.
  • Responsible for conducting the audit plan, audit, and audit report.
  • Monitor the accreditation and maintain the validity of the specific certificate.
B. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, organizational development, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other relevant methodologies is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
