Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a skilled Site Engineer - Civil & Marine for our client in the Oil & Gas industry.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil and marine construction projects. Responsibilities

  1. Apply engineering expertise in Civil Marine works, Breakwater, Quay Wall, Backfilling, Sheet Piles, Caissons Block, Culverts, and Causeway construction processes.
  2. Assist in the preparation of Method Statements, lifting processes, and the allocation of manpower resources in compliance with safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure the implementation of project plans, specifications, and quality standards on-site.
  4. Provide technical support, troubleshoot engineering issues, and contribute to the successful completion of the project within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil and marine construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and practices
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required
