About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team at Müller's Solutions. As a SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central (EC) module of the SuccessFactors suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EC solutions that align with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module.
  2. Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements.
  3. Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes.
  4. Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems.
  5. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues.
  6. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices.
