The Hospital Delegate is accountable for responding to members’ inquiries face to face, over the phone, and by e-mail, ensuring that all calls and members’ requests are treated as per company standards, and offering a knowledgeable, considerate, effective, and proactive point of contact for members. Key Responsibilities:

  • a high level of member service and professionalism, taking into account the consideration that all ART members while in the hospital, need urgent requirements and are expecting swift, adequate support.
  • Members’ experience procedures and compliance with the department’s procedures and standards.
  • a thorough knowledge of all departments, ART networks of hospitals, products, and services so that members can get correct information about the providers and their services.
  • and report any problems, especially recurring ones in the providers so that corrective actions can be taken promptly.
  • and report opportunities and suggest solutions to improve ART’s procedures, technology, and service so that ART can provide an uninterrupted high level of service to all members.
  • effectively both individually and as part of a team to achieve both individual and department goals and objectives and promote a positive team spirit.
  • handle and resolve members’ complaints to their satisfaction.
  • enough supply of marketing and service materials and notify proper channels when running low to ensure availability at all times.
  • and monitor providers' adherence to ART standards of care with ART to the members at all times.
  • the utilization of online eligibility and reporting any technical issues to the ART IT department.
  • the office, member area, and personal appearance at the highest level of cleanliness, order, and professional look.
  • train and coach the provider’s staff.
  • VIP members when they are in the hospital
  • and maintain excellent relations with the providers' insurance management
  • Responsible for complying with cyber security policy, standards, and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience
