Job details

Supervising the preparation processes for relevant international conferences and seminars organized by the entity or those invited to it at the regional and international levels, in cooperation with all relevant organizational units in the entity.
Participate in preparing operational plans and executive programs for the work and activities of managing and coordinating international relations, such as evaluating and enhancing opportunities for international cooperation, international treaties and agreements, and ensuring commitment and effective implementation of their provisions.
Review and study international agreements and treaties, follow up on all developments in this field, ensure the commitment of all concerned parties to them, and ensure the availability of all resources and capabilities necessary to achieve this.
Follow up and direct the processes of preparing technical reports on concluding international agreements and treaties, participating in or hosting conferences, seminars and meetings, submitting reports to senior management and informing them of technical proposals and recommendations in this field.
Ensuring effective coordination and communication with internal and external business partners with the aim of ensuring the appropriate preparation of draft agreements and international cooperation activities with international organizations, institutions and bodies within the areas and competencies of the entity.
Any other tasks / assignment's within the limits of jurisdiction.
