AMPL Energy KSA is a subsidiary of Energy Savers based out of Dubai in UAE and as part of our team's expansion we are currently looking for a young, dynamic sales engineer to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. Role: As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Power Quality Solutions, your role involves being a leader in technical sales and seizing opportunities. Your primary objective is to secure orders and drive sales growth among industrial/manufacturing end users, panel builders, contractors, and consultants. You will oversee the entire sales process, from identifying and generating leads to closing deals. A crucial aspect of your role is to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the Power Quality solutions with the target customer base, gaining orders, specification and standardization.
  • Define technical requirements for customers and produce cost effective and deliverable solutions.
  • Establish and implement a dynamic sales plan, following established AMPL Energy processes where appropriate
  • Successfully identify the critical success factors and needs of the customers - capture these and translate into an offer or solution and capture an order from the customer
  • Work closely with internal colleagues in all areas.
  • Provide all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner, following AMPL Energy processes where applicable
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to develop profitable lifetime relationships with customers
Ideal Candidate Profile: To succeed in this role you will require;
  • A deep offer and application knowledge gained through both technical and sales/sales support experience, 3-4 years minimum in KSA.
  • A formal qualification in electrical engineering (BE/B. Tech)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must be a confident, positive, proactive, high energy and self-motivated, with the ability to influence, build and sustain relationships with key decision makers
  • Having excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic languages is essential for this job. As a professional, you will be expected to effectively convey information, ideas, and instructions to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in both languages. This includes verbal communication during meetings, presentations, and phone conversations, as well as written communication through emails, reports, and other written materials.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team;
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Internet /Social Media tools, and common CRM programs.
  • The ability to carry out surveys as part of the ‘technical' sell
  • A good understanding of Power Quality especially power factor correction and active harmonic filtering
  • Saudi driving license is required.
