Job details

  • Serve as our POS products' lead subject matter expert, prioritizing features based on Interpay's strategic goals.
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to oversee the development and marketing of POS products.
  • Develop holistic marketing strategies for product launches and promotions to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain a loyal subscriber base by providing exceptional and engaging services.
  • Manage daily operations of the POS business, introduce innovative value-added services, and enhance current features.
  • Define and execute the product strategy for Interpay POS, ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and affiliates for effective product launches and marketing material creation.
  • Work with the software development team within an Agile framework.
  • Translate the product roadmap into detailed requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in software development, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in fintech or digital payments, proficiency in payment gateways, POS Payments, TMS, MPGS, Cybersource, BNPL, and QR.
  • Deep understanding of local payment systems.
  • Familiarity with Payment Switch or payment gateway functionalities is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail, hospitality, or food sectors, with insights into their specific payment journeys.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering solid working relationships across all management levels.
