تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Serve as our POS products' lead subject matter expert, prioritizing features based on Interpay's strategic goals.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to oversee the development and marketing of POS products.
- Develop holistic marketing strategies for product launches and promotions to achieve revenue objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain a loyal subscriber base by providing exceptional and engaging services.
- Manage daily operations of the POS business, introduce innovative value-added services, and enhance current features.
- Define and execute the product strategy for Interpay POS, ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and affiliates for effective product launches and marketing material creation.
- Work with the software development team within an Agile framework.
- Translate the product roadmap into detailed requirements and specifications.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software development, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in fintech or digital payments, proficiency in payment gateways, POS Payments, TMS, MPGS, Cybersource, BNPL, and QR.
- Deep understanding of local payment systems.
- Familiarity with Payment Switch or payment gateway functionalities is a plus.
- Experience in the retail, hospitality, or food sectors, with insights into their specific payment journeys.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering solid working relationships across all management levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
