  • We are in search of an Analyst to join the Capital Programs Division (CPD) in the Capital Programs & Contracting Compliance Department within Controller’s of our client. The Controller’s Department operates under the Finance business line and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Finance, Strategy & Development.
  • The Capital Programs Division is tasked with providing controllership, financial advisory, and decision support for matters pertaining to our client’s Capital Program and individual Expenditure Requests. The successful candidate will play a key role in the entire project life cycle, from Business Plan through Post Project Appraisal.
Minimum Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering, with a professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA being desirable.
  • A graduate degree in business administration or a related field is also preferred.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience is desirable, spanning financial analysis, project evaluations, project controls, and process/change management or strategy/management consulting.
  • Leadership skills and experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems are highly valued.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and providing comments on new projects proposed for inclusion in the Business Plan.
  • Evaluating and providing comments on capital projects proposed for funding actions.
  • Representing Controller’s on various project gate reviews.
  • Overseeing Controller’s review of capital projects before funding.
  • Analyzing complex questions related to capital projects and presenting recommendations to Controller’s management.
  • Offering policy and project funding guidance as needed.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports as required.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of post-project performance and presenting findings to management.
