Job details

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze building drawings to ensure they are accurate and feasible.
  2. Review/study other project documents (contract, specifications, BOQ, etc.).
  3. Collaborate with all parties to design and implement an efficient system of operation.
  4. Attend progress meetings for the project (weekly, monthly).
  5. Attend technical meetings and workshops.
  6. Adjust a building plan to contain additional components/sections as may be required by clients.
  7. Coordinate the work with other disciplines to ensure proper coordination at the site.
  8. Direct and supervise building contractors to ensure compliance with set standards and specifications.
  9. Follow up the work progress at the site against the project time schedule.
  10. Perform materials testing to verify the quality of procured materials or components.
  11. Oversee the selection of materials and components for a construction project.
  12. Ensure building operations are in compliance with government laws and building codes.
  13. Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to update job knowledge and expand personal network.
  14. Responsible for the quality of work of the architectural items.
  15. Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and regulations during work operations.
  16. Review/study the Engineering works.
  17. Provide support and cooperation regarding the Quality department requirements and Audits.
  18. Provide support and cooperation regarding the Business development & tenders management activities when requested.
