Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Role Purpose: The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the Hard and Soft services within the project, these services include: Maintenance Services, Horticulture & Pest Control Services, Janitorial & Housekeeping Services, Accommodation Services as well as Office Services. The role shall also oversee and adhere to the Health, Safety & Environment requirements while performing tasks for the specified services. Key Accountabilities: • Ensure all Scope of Services per Contract/Service are delivered in accordance with the contract requirements. • Guide the development of program and project plans, including master programs, method statements, procurement plans, and submission schedules. • Monitor progress of all ongoing tasks, activities and projects, and provide support to Service Managers as needed. • Analyze system operating data and evaluate the overall effectiveness of the project activities. • Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance for all activities throughout the project. • Apply company policies and procedures against personnel and tasks, including quality policies and procedures. • Ensure the implementation of risk management policies and procedures, including risk identification and mitigation. • Ensure consistency and high performance of all services within the project. • Accountable for the performance of the managers for all contracts/services. • Define and implement the overall project strategy and business plan. • Oversee delivery, ensure quality, and resource utilization. • Manage budgets and resource allocation. • Develop short-term and long-term plans to enhance the departments operational efficiency. • Communicate with site administrators to ensure the project and project personnel are supported accordingly. • Attend and conduct a variety of meetings and presentations with the client as needed. • Maintain overall customer/client relations and ensure customer/client satisfaction. • Provide periodic reports to Executive Director. • Develop working relationships with the company departments and shared services. • Present plans and objectives to Senior Leadership. Role Requirements: • Bachelor of Engineering / Facility Management or equivalent. • Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Facility Management or Project/Operations Management. • Minimum 10 years of relevant managerial experience. • Certifications within the Facility Management industry as well as HSE Company Industry
