Saudi National Strategic Planning Manager, Riyadh, KSA:- Our client, one of the regions leading international Project Management Consultancy companies, who provide program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors are looking to hire a Saudi Strategic Planning Manger to join their Team in Saudi Arabia. General Description of Role & Responsibilities: 1. Consult the assessment of the status of Projects & Construction Agency. 2. Developing the strategic plan for ERM Projects & Construction Agency 3. Propose a new Organizational Structure for the CPA and its departments. 4. Assist CPA in preparation of annual budget proposal and 5-year plan for projects. 5. Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the realization of ERM objectives. 6. Review the performance of ongoing programs and their contribution to the long-term goals and provide corrective action and improvement of plan. 7. Oversee and review the development of the project information system. 8. Oversee and review financial and cost reporting forms, development and specific formats for design and construction monitoring purposes including planned versus actual projections and indicated outcome reports. 9. Oversee the tabulation and recording of results of surveys, pre-qualification, proposal submissions, and tenders. 10. Oversee documenting of design and construction budgets, cost estimates, associated financial reporting including cash flow projections, and indicated outcome reports. 11. Assesses procedures used to define and implement the basic functions of the PMO to assure that they remain effective and that they continue to meet the needs of the CPA. 12. Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within the company and ensure continued compliance with these requirements. 13. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent. 2. Has at least 10 years of experience in a field related to major local/international initiatives and development projects in addition to experience working closely with utility service providers and dealing extensively with commercial and public sector stakeholders. 3. Experience in comprehensive planning for major development and urban planning projects, preferably at the national level. 4. Work experience in Saudi Arabia. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities 6. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude 7. Organizational and leadership skills 8. Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
