Position : Training Supervisor Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Type : Full-time As the Training Supervisor at ABYAT , your primary role is to oversee the training and development programs for employees across various departments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with organizational goals. Your leadership and expertise in training methodologies will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the company. Responsibilities Training Needs Analysis:

  • Conduct regular assessments and consultations with department heads, managers, and employees to identify training needs, gaps, and priorities.
  • Analyze performance data, employee feedback, and business objectives to determine training requirements and opportunities for skill enhancement.
Training Program Development:
  • Design, develop, and customize training programs, courses, and materials to address identified learning needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external training providers to create engaging and interactive training content aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, e-learning platforms, and virtual classrooms.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment and providing guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
Training Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Implement mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness, including pre-and post-training assessments, participant feedback surveys, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze training evaluation data to assess the impact of training programs on employee performance, knowledge acquisition, and skill development.
  • Use feedback and evaluation results to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future training initiatives.
Training Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with training requirements, regulations, and standards, including industry certifications, safety training, and mandatory courses.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, certifications, and completion status for audit and reporting purposes.
Requirements and skills
  • 4-8 years of experience in training, preferably in retail.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Skilled in producing and editing videos.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Good knowledge of project management and budgeting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
Education
  • BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources and Training is a plus.
