Our client is an International software & AI business and is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Product or Senior Product Director to join their team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of new product development, strategic roadmap planning, product operations, market analysis, and operations. Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the company's product strategy, including defining product vision, identifying market opportunities, and assessing competition.
Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to prioritize features, allocate resources effectively, and deliver successful product launches.
Oversee market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with company goals and objectives, ensuring a balance between short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product strategies, updates, and insights, and contribute to overall company direction and vision.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products in high-tech and AI industries, with experience in both startup and multinational corporation environments preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience in product management, including experience in a senior leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
