Job Summary: As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, you will play a pivotal role in guiding manufacturing organizations through the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions. Leveraging your deep understanding of both manufacturing processes and Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities, you will lead projects aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving digital transformation in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities: Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with clients to meet their business requirements. Implementation and Configuration : - Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion WMS, including system configuration and customization to meet client needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements. System Integration: - Integrate Oracle Fusion WMS with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and logistics solutions. - Ensure seamless data flow and communication between various systems. Customization and Development: - Develop and implement custom solutions within Oracle Fusion WMS as needed. - Work on extensions, interfaces, and reports to enhance system functionality. User Training and Support: - Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion WMS users. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of the Oracle Fusion WMS solution. - Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Oracle Fusion WMS configurations, customizations, and processes. - Prepare user manuals and training materials. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in Oracle Fusion WMS implementation and support. - Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices. - Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle Fusion Certification in Warehouse Management. - Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
