We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial setting. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical machinery and systems to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.   • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues or maintenance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, diagnose problems, and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical machinery and control systems.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components, including motors, switches, circuit breakers, and control panels.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure the safe and reliable operation of all equipment.
  • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, while also complying with local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs conducted.
  • Source and procure replacement parts and materials as needed and keep an organized inventory.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of electrical system upgrades and improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical maintenance.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support during emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Qatar regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical maintenance.
