Job Role: Senior Sales Manager Real Estate Broker/- Off-Plan and Secondary Market Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Sales Manager in real estate, your role revolves around leading and driving sales efforts within the real estate sector. Here's a detailed description of the responsibilities and duties typically associated with this position:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning sales tactics with organizational goals.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance. This includes setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. Provide personalized service, address client needs and concerns, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the real estate market, including property trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic positioning.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients to secure successful property transactions. Utilize effective negotiation techniques to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties and ensure timely closings.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales volume, and revenue targets. Generate regular reports and analyses to assess sales effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
