Head of Project Controls - EPC - Oil & Gas

Charterhouse is working with an international $XXbn turnover EPC company that works in the Oil & Gas sector. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Project Controls to come in and head up the Project Controls Team on a permanent basis from their Al Khobar office. You will be responsible for all ongoing change management and cost control. You will be implementing, scheduling and planning practices within EPC projects. You will also monitor and administer progress to ensure completion within time and budgetary constraints. The successful candidate should have at least 15 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position. It is essential you have recent experience working for an EPC company within the Oil & Gas sector. You should hold a Degree in engineering as well as a project management certification. If you have worked for or are currently working with a highly reputed international EPCM company then you will be of particular interest.
