Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on market trends. Build and cultivate a network of clients through various channels leveraging online platforms and social media. Assist clients in buying selling and leasing properties providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Prepare and deliver compelling property listings to potential clients. Negotiate and finalize property transactions ensuring favorable terms for both buyers and sellers. Stay informed about real estate market dynamics property values and industry regulations. Collaborate with team members to share market insights and enhance overall team performance. Negotiate and close sales contracts with potential clients. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the real estate market. Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support. Proven experience as a Real Estate Banking Insurance direct sales. Deep knowledge of the local real estate market property values and industry regulations. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proactive and resultsdriven with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Maximum age of 30 years.
