We're looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our real estate marketing bureau in Dubai. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Key Responsibilities:

  • Active research for new potential clients , initiating first contacts, especially at the C-level.
  • Implementing upsell strategies with existing customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Engage in Active Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with clients to close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Masterful Pitching: Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, showcasing our products/services effectively to drive sales.
  • Analysis of market trends and the competitive environment to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinating with the team and clients to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
  • Troubleshooting and managing out-of-scope requests : Handle unexpected situations like a pro.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with finance and legal teams
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Be comfortable working in Dubai , understanding both local and expatriate market dynamics.

Hard Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales and/or account management
  • Fluency in English (Advanced +)
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market , including trends, pricing, and legal aspects.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform strategies and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports
  • Understanding of process flow: From client entry to implementation and result evaluation
  • Budget management: Experience managing budgets, analyzing spending, and monitoring cash flow
  • Experience in managing document flow (agreements, contracts, NDAs, etc.)

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong Negotiation Abilities: Skilled at negotiating deals, with a talent for finding mutually beneficial solutions.
