Charterhouse are working with a leading multi-national FMCG company that has recently expanded into Saudi Arabia. Our client employs over 70 people from six different nationalities and has strong plans set in place to bring further talented, driven individuals into the workforce. As the dynamic HR Executive, it is essential that you are fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. You will be working within the HR operations department and your job function will consist of end to end recruitment, preparing contracts for new joiners, keeping in line and up to date with the companies procedures and protocols, organising bio metrics and medical checkups as well as organising invoice payments and expenses within the HR department. Any Job Skills To be considered for this role it is preferred that you have a strong working knowledge regarding compensation, staffing, MOD, compensation and benefits alongside managing people and processes. It is essential that you have strategic and analytical skills, are a natural problem solver and a strong communicator who is at an advanced level with using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio. You should have a minimum of two to three years professional experience in HR operations within a multinational company. Our client is specifically looking for a Saudi National for this position.
